Our company conducted maintenance and upkeep on two Ingersoll Rand UP5-22 small air compressors at a car dealership in Shanghai in May, solving their problems of unstable operation, high temperature, and easy restarts! The customer is quite satisfied with our maintenance work!

This customer is a well-known 4S store in Shanghai. On May 10th, the customer contacted us and gave feedback that their air compressor temperature is unstable. When the temperature is too high, it will restart. They requested us to repair and maintain their air compressor. We arranged for technical personnel to visit the site for investigation and testing, and found that their two UP5-22 air compressors were previously maintained with fake accessories, which caused the oil circuit of the air compressors to be blocked, resulting in a short circuit of the temperature control valve and excessive dust during operation, leading to the above problems.

We have developed a detailed repair plan for the customer and listed the maintenance list. We use genuine Ingersoll Rand accessories, including air filter, oil filter, oil separator, automatic drain valve, temperature control valve, joint belt, and super coolant 38459582.

Our engineering personnel completed the maintenance of these two machines in one day. And the cooler was cleaned and cleaned.

After maintenance, the temperature of the air compressor decreased during operation, the temperature control valve worked normally, the cooling system was functioning properly, and there were no issues with restarting. The customer is quite satisfied with our maintenance plan.
